Why Zidane???

Why? Why did people still vote for him to receive the Golden Ball award? The obvious player of the tournament should be Cannavaro! I don't think I need to explain any more. In all the 7 matches he showed why he is the best defender in the world, while Zidane had only reproduced his WC '98 and Euro '00 form in 2 matches: against Spain and Brazil. I'm not going to even elaborate on that silly headbutt last night.

So there I was, entering the lift with this lady (quite pretty) and her son (aged 5-6 i think?). Upon entering, the lady said this to her son.

"Come, ask uncle which floor."

Ok... I looked around in the lift, there was only 3 of us. Uncle? Me? LOL. I've got friends who think that I looked like 18-19 years of age (i'm 22 this year), and this is the first ever time someone addresses me by... "Uncle"!

Needless to say, I was shocked.
